So You Can Better Plan Your Day

Registration: Begins at 8am at The Watergate Ballroom Level B3

Workout: Start your morning early with a workout in the Watergate Fitness Center. Monday 7am-8am Level B3

Spa Tours: Tours of the new Argentta Spa will be Monday between 7am-8:45am Level B3

Spa Services: Argentta Spa is offering all attendees a 10% discount on spa services Sunday-Wednesday (March 19-22, 2017)

Symposium Begins promptly at 9am.

Breakfast: A light breakfast will be served.

Lunch will be included and we look forward to a special spa creation prepared by Watergate Chef Michael Santoro

Event: The Symposium is packed with exceptional speakers, panelists and attendees. Bring your Business Cards and note pad.

Champagne Toast Immediately following the event (5pm-6pm) join in a celebratory toast to the future of wellness.

Evening Reception Event (Monday 6pm-7:30pm) all attendees are invited to preview the art of Linda Troeller in her exhibit entitle Healing Waters. Location: The Watergate Gallery & Frame Design Studio in the Watergate Mall only steps from the Symposium. ( see picture and additional note)

Dining:  Washington DC is known for exceptional dining.  Newly opened Kingbird is located within the Watergate Hotel.

Parking:  There will be limited valet parking at the Watergate Hotel. Parking is also available at The Kennedy Center and there is a public garage next door to the Watergate Hotel.

Metro: The closest metro station is Foggy Bottom
